Shree Krishna Paper Mills MD Re-appointed for 3 Years

Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Naynesh Pasari as Managing Director for a term of three years, effective August 10, 2026, until August 09, 2029. The decision was approved by the shareholders at the 54th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. Mr. Pasari, who holds an MBA in Finance from the USA, brings extensive experience in the paper industry, covering finance, business, risk oversight, and governance. He is the son of Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari, a Whole Time Director. Mr. Pasari is not debarred from holding a directorial office by any regulatory authority.
