Dev Information Technology Allots 6.23 Lakh Shares Under ESOP

Dev Information Technology Limited announced the allotment of 6,23,944 equity shares of face value Re. 2/- each, fully paid up, against the exercise of vested options under the 'Dev Information Technology Limited Employee Stock Option Plan –2024'. This allotment increases the company's paid-up capital to Rs. 11,39,75,318/-, comprising 5,69,87,659 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. No shares were allotted to any Director of the Company.
