Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd Approves Incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Abhaya Nourishtech Limited

Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary under the Companies Act, 2013. The new company, Abhaya Nourishtech Limited, will be engaged in the business of milk proteins/plant proteins, food and nutraceutical ingredients, and finished products and related activities. The incorporation is under process with a proposed authorized share capital of Rs. 15,00,000/~ and a proposed paid-up share capital of Rs. 5,00,000/-. The new company is a related party and the consideration is 100% in cash. The registered office of the proposed company will be situated in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
