The company achieved its highest ever EBITDA of ₹401.32 crore and profit after tax of ₹138.83 crore, with earnings per share at ₹10.29. This marks the fourth consecutive year of profit after tax margin expansion. The company attributes its success to strategic decisions in portfolio management and capital allocation over the past three to four years, focusing on businesses with strong engineering capabilities and defensible market positions. Prioritized businesses now constitute 65-70% of revenue and grow significantly above the company average.
