Perfectpac Secures 16,200 Sqm Plot for Packaging Unit

Perfectpac Ltd has received an allotment letter from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) for an industrial plot of 16,200 square meters in Sector 8D, YEIDA. The plot is designated for a Corrugated Box Packaging Manufacturing unit. The total payable amount for the plot, including PLC, is Rs. 22,73,75,400. The company must pay 10% registration money within 30 days and the balance within 90 days. The lease tenure is 90 years. This transaction is not a related party transaction.
