Signatureglobal Acquires 194 Acres in Gurugram for ₹5,500-6,000 Cr GDV Project

Signatureglobal (India) Ltd has acquired and collaborated for a 194.22-acre land parcel in Gurugram, Haryana. This includes 25 acres purchased via conveyance deed and 169.22 acres through collaboration agreements for project development. The acquisition is expected to add approximately 6.77 million square feet of developable area to the company's pipeline, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,500-6,000 crore. This move marks Signatureglobal's entry into the ultra-luxury farmhouse villa segment in Gurugram West (Farrukhnagar), strategically located near key expressways and benefiting from regional infrastructure development.
