Pervasive Commodities Appoints New CFO, Director; Two Resign

Pervasive Commodities Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 24, 2026. Mr. Dharmeshkumar Zinabhai Dataniya resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and his resignation was accepted. Concurrently, Mr. Fagun Chandrakant Soni was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.
