Pervasive Commodities Appoints New Director, CFO; Reconstitutes Committees

Pervasive Commodities Ltd announced significant changes in its directorate and key management positions following a Board of Directors meeting on August 24, 2026. Mr. Chandrakant Ramniklal Soni has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Mr. Fagun Chandrakant Soni has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. The company also accepted the resignations of Mrs. Parulben Dharmeshkumar Dataniya and Mr. Dharmeshkumar Zinabhai Dataniya from their respective directorial and CFO roles. Furthermore, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted.
