Pervasive Commodities Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 24, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Chandrakant Ramniklal Soni as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and Mr. Fagun Chandrakant Soni as the Chief Financial Officer. The meeting also noted the resignations of Mrs. Parulben Dharmeshkumar Dataniya and Mr. Dharmeshkumar Zinabhai Dataniya from their respective directorial and CFO positions.
