Pervasive Commodities Reconstitutes Committees, Appoints New Director & CFO

Pervasive Commodities Ltd announced significant changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 24, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Chandrakant Ramniklal Soni as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and Mr. Fagun Chandrakant Soni as the new Chief Financial Officer, both effective from the same date. The board also accepted the resignations of Mrs. Parulben Dharmeshkumar Dataniya and Mr. Dharmeshkumar Zinabhai Dataniya from their respective directorial and CFO positions. Furthermore, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted.
