Pet Plastics Ltd to Sell Subsidiary Exuberant Systems Private Limited for Rs. 4.68 Crores

Pet Plastics Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with ANS Buggy LLP for the transfer of entire equity shares held in its subsidiary, Exuberant Systems Private Limited. The expected date of completion of sale is 31st March, 2026, with a consideration of Rs. 4,68,24,000. Exuberant Systems Private Limited was incorporated on 06th August, 2014, and contributed 0% to the consolidated income and net worth of Pet Plastics Ltd as on 31st March 2025. ANS Buggy LLP is not a promoter of Bharatam Ventures Limited.
