Petronet LNG Ltd Announces 28th AGM on Sep 28, 2026

Petronet LNG Ltd has announced its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars. The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, which includes the AGM notice, has been enclosed. Details regarding the record date for final dividend, e-voting, and dividend payment were previously communicated. The Annual Report and AGM notice are also available on the company's website and the NSDL e-voting portal. Resolutions passed will be effective from the AGM date.
