Petronet LNG Ltd has announced an extension of its trading window closure. The window, initially closed on July 1, 2026, for the consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, will now remain closed until August 14, 2026. This extension is in line with SEBI regulations and the company's insider trading code. A board meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the said quarter. All insiders have been advised against trading in the company's securities during this period.
