Pfizer Ltd: FY26 Final Dividend Recommended at ₹75 Per Share

Pfizer Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 12, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹75 per equity share (750%) of ₹10 each. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or after August 4, 2026, to shareholders on the register as of the record date, July 17, 2026. The 75th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 28, 2026, via video conferencing. M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates were appointed as Cost Auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2027.
