PFL Infotech Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The window will be shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
