PFL Infotech Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The report includes the Notice for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The AGM agenda includes adoption of audited accounts, reappointment of a director, and appointment of statutory auditors, Bhavani & Co, for a five-year term until the 44th AGM in 2031.
