PFL Infotech Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI regulations. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the company’s Code of Conduct. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be informed in due course.
