PFL Infotech Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the board will discuss the appointment of Mr. Parma Nand Chand as Managing Director and M/s. Bhavani & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. The meeting will also fix the date for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books. The notice for the AGM and the Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 will also be approved. The trading window for securities has been closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results announcement.
