PFL Infotech Ltd Postpones Extra-Ordinary General Meeting Scheduled for April 30, 2026

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced the postponement of its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The postponement is due to the non-availability of the Managing Director and certain Directors who will be travelling on business purposes. The revised meeting date will be informed later. Consequently, the closure of the share transfer books, etc., from 27th April 2026 to 29th April 2026 stands cancelled.
