PH Capital: Open Offer Pre-Offer Ad & Corrigendum

PH Capital Ltd. announced the receipt of a Pre-Offer Advertisement and corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement and Letter of Offer from Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited, the manager for the open offer by Mr. Aditya Himmat Bhansali to acquire up to 7,80,026 equity shares at ₹206.66 per share. The advertisement was published in Financial Express, Jansatta, and Mumbai Lakshadeep on May 16, 2026. The Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) considers the offer price justified.
