Ramgopal Polytex: Open Offer for 26% stake at ₹17.10 per share

Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt Ltd, acting as Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Detailed Public Statement regarding an open offer for Ramgopal Polytex Limited. The offer is made by Mr. Pravin Kumar Shishodiya and Mr. Punit Shishodiya to acquire up to 37,70,000 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the total equity share capital.
