P H Capital: Open Offer at ₹206.66/Share

Choice Capital Advisors, manager to the open offer for P H Capital, announced a pre-offer advertisement and corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement and Letter of Offer. The open offer is for the acquisition of up to 780,026 equity shares at a price of ₹206.66 per share, representing 26% of the total voting share capital. The Committee of Independent Directors finds the offer price justified. There is no upward revision in the offer price or any competitive bid.
