PI Industries Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary PI Foundation

PI Industries Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, 'PI Foundation', on October 19, 2026. This new entity, registered in Udaipur, Rajasthan, is established under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, as a not-for-profit organization. PI Foundation will focus on carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in line with Section 135 of the Act. The initial share capital subscription amounted to ₹1,00,000, with PI Industries and its subsidiaries holding 100% of the shareholding.
