Picturehouse Media: Dileep Badey Appointed as Additional Director

Picturehouse Media Ltd's board meeting on May 29, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Dileep Badey as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director (DIN: 11493915). They also appointed M/s. Phanindra & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027 and approved the reconstitution of various board committees.
