Picturehouse Media Reconstitutes Nomination & Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Picturehouse Media Ltd has approved the reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) with immediate effect. This follows the appointment of Mrs. P. J. Bhavani as Managing Director, leading to her ceasing to be an NRC member, and Mr. Prasad V. Potluri's continuation as Non-Executive Director and Chairman after resigning as Managing Director. The reconstituted NRC, effective September 30, 2026, comprises Mr. Dileep Badey (Independent Director and Chairperson), Mr. Subramanian Parameswaran (Independent Director and Member), and Mr. Prasad V. Potluri (Non-Executive Director and Member). This composition adheres to Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 19 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
