SSWL Board Reconstitutes Committees After Director's Cessation

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) announced the re-constitution of various Board committees, effective from October 1, 2026. This decision was made via a circular resolution following the cessation of Sh. Virander Kumar Arya as an Independent Director. The re-constituted committees include the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Committee, Employee Compensation Committee, Share Transfer Committee, Finance Committee, and Allotment Committee. The updated compositions of these committees have been provided.
