Cropster Agro Appoints New Director, Reconstitutes Committees

Cropster Agro Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Pranav Mahadevbhai Pandit as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective August 13, 2026. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Mr. Pranav Pandit has been appointed to the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Dipak Rana chairs the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Mr. Pranav Pandit will chair the CSR Committee.
