Cropster Agro Appoints Sarang Shivajirao Chavan & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Cropster Agro Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. Sarang Shivajirao Chavan & Associates as its Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a period of five years, commencing from FY 2026-27 and concluding at the end of FY 2030-31. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on September 8, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also confirmed the date for its 41st AGM, scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be conducted via Video Conferencing.
