Kolsite Corp Sells 1.77% Stake in Plastiblends India

Kolsite Corporation LLP, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has disclosed a sale of 4,59,000 equity shares, representing 1.77% of the total share capital, in Plastiblends India Limited. The transaction occurred via open market purchases between June 17-22, 2026. Following the sale, the collective holding of the acquirer group remains substantial, with Kolsite Corporation LLP's stake reducing to 10.16% and the total promoter group holding at 62.81%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 259,89,200 shares.
