PNB Gilts Approves 30th AGM, Appoints New Director

PNB Gilts Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, approved the notice for the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of Sh. Amit Kumar Srivastava as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, subject to RBI and shareholder approval. The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for FY 2025-26 has been set as September 21, 2026. The AGM will be held via VC/OAVM.
