PNB Gilts Ltd Receives RBI Approval for Appointment of Sh. Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra

PNB Gilts Ltd has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for the appointment of Sh. Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) of the Company. The Board of Directors had previously approved his appointment on November 18, 2025, subject to RBI's approval. Mahapatra, who is an Executive Director at PNB, will assume his new role from January 29, 2026, the date of RBI's approval.
