PNGS Reva: Govind Gadgil & PACs Acquire 1,602,000 Shares

Govind Gadgil, a promoter of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited, along with PACs, has acquired 1,602,000 equity shares from the open market. This acquisition falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Before the acquisition, Gadgil held 737,828 shares (23.28% of total share/voting capital). After the acquisition, the total holding increased to 2,339,828 shares (48.26%). The equity share capital of the company remains at ₹31,69,84,000 divided into 3,16,98,400 equity shares of ₹10 each.
