The Book Closure Dates are from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, inclusive, with the Record Date set for September 22, 2026. These dates are for the payment of the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and for e-voting. Dividend payments, if approved, will commence from October 12, 2026, subject to tax deductions.
