Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd to hold EGM on June 30

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd announced that its board of directors, in a meeting held on June 8, 2026, approved the convening of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 30, 2026. The EGM will seek shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Ashish Radheyshyam Goyal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years and the re-appointment of Mrs. Puja Vashu Bhagnani as Managing Director for a further three-year term. The company has also appointed Mr. Balkrishan Pradhan as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process for the EGM.
