POWERGRID InvIT Board Meeting Nov 12 for Q2 FY27 Results & Distribution

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) announced that its Investment Manager, POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, will hold a Board of Directors meeting on November 12, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, subject to a limited review. Additionally, the Board will consider the declaration of a distribution to unitholders for the same quarter. The Record Date for this distribution, if approved, is set for November 17, 2026. The trading window for PGInvIT units, which was closed from September 30, 2026, for designated persons, will remain closed until November 14, 2026, and will reopen on November 15, 2026.
