POWERGRID InvIT Sets Nov 17 Record Date for Q2 FY27 Distribution

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board will also consider declaring a distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The record date for this proposed distribution, if approved, has been set for November 17, 2026. The trading window for PGInvIT units will remain closed until November 14, 2026, reopening on November 15, 2026.
