Powerica Invests ₹3 Cr for 49% Stake in Fuji-Kailash Energy

Powerica Limited has invested INR 3,00,00,000/- (Three Crore Rupees) to acquire a 49% equity stake in Fuji-Kailash Energy Private Limited (FKEPL). The investment was completed on May 22, 2026. FKEPL is engaged in renewable power generation, focusing on solar, wind, hybrid, and bio-energy solutions. This strategic move aims to enter de-risked renewable assets, enhance long-term revenue visibility, strengthen Powerica's renewable portfolio, and support its ESG framework. The company acknowledged an unintentional oversight in disclosing this transaction promptly following its recent IPO and has since strengthened internal compliance systems.
