Prabha Energy Board Approves Un-audited Financial Results

Prabha Energy Ltd's Board of Directors met on July 30, 2026, approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (standalone and consolidated), along with the limited review report. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Prem Singh Sawhney as Executive Director for three years from February 20, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Shaily Dedhia was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term starting June 27, 2027, also pending shareholder consent.
