Prabha Energy Sets July 9 Record Date for Rights Issue Final Call

Prabha Energy Ltd has announced July 9, 2026, as the record date to identify eligible shareholders for the second and final call on partly paid-up equity shares. This follows the approval of rights issue terms on March 5, 2026, and the allotment of 96,67,258 partly paid-up equity shares on April 7, 2026. The final call will be for ₹47.52 per share, representing 33% of the issue price, to cover ₹0.33 face value and ₹47.19 premium.
