Prabhhans Industries: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Prabhhans Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 6, 2026, accepted the resignation of Mr. Jaspreet Singh from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal reasons. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Chauhan as a Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Following these changes, the composition of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee has been reconstituted.
