Prabhhans Industries: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Prabhhans Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Mr. Jaspreet Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 6, 2026, due to personal reasons. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Chauhan as a Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Following these changes, various board committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, have been reconstituted.
