Prabhhans Industries: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Prabhhans Industries Limited announced that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Jaspreet Singh as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 6, 2026, due to personal reasons. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Chauhan as a Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Following these changes, the composition of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee has been reconstituted.
