Prabhhans Industries: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Prabhhans Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jaspreet Singh from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 6, 2026, due to personal reasons. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Chauhan as a Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Following these changes, the composition of various Board committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, has been reconstituted.
