Satnam Singh, a promoter, has disclosed the sale of 15,48,277 equity shares, representing 24.78% of the total share capital, in Prabhhans Industries Limited. The transaction, valued at ₹6,24,82,400, was conducted off-market. Following the sale, Satnam Singh's holding in the company has reduced to 34,997 shares, accounting for 0.56% of the total share capital. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
