Prag Bosimi Appoints New Secretarial Auditor After Demise of Predecessor

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd announced the sad demise of its Secretarial Auditor, Late Mr. Ashok Patel of M/s. Ashok Patel and Associates, on August 16, 2026. This created a casual vacancy. The Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, has appointed Mrs. Gayatri Vaibhav Phatak of M/s. G.S. Bhide & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor. The appointment is effective from August 20, 2026, until the ensuing AGM and is for a term of five consecutive years commencing audit period from FY 2026-27 till FY 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. G.S. Bhide and Associates is a peer-reviewed firm with over 10 years of experience in corporate laws and SEBI regulations.
