Prag Bosimi Synthetics Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The restriction applies to Directors, Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Insiders, and their Immediate Relatives, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
