Praj GenX Secures $52M Data Center Supply Deal

Praj GenX, a subsidiary of Praj Industries, has entered the hyperscale data center sector through an exclusive framework supply agreement with a global EPC company. The deal guarantees a minimum business value of US$52 million (approximately ₹500 crore) over the next two and a half years. Supplies for the first tranche have commenced at Praj GenX's manufacturing facility in Mangaluru, which is designed on Industry 5.0 principles. This expansion into digital infrastructure complements Praj's existing expertise in sectors like biofuels, SAF, hydrogen, and carbon capture, positioning it to capitalize on the growing demand driven by AI and cloud computing.
