Praj Industries: Director Resigns, New Independent Director Appointed

Praj Industries Ltd has announced a change in its directorship. Dr. Shridhar Shukla has resigned as an Independent Director, effective October 29, 2026, citing personal commitments. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles in the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Compensation & Share Allotment Committee, and Risk Management Committee. The company has appointed Mr. Vijay Ratnaparkhe as an Independent Director for a term of five years, from October 29, 2026, to October 28, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ratnaparkhe brings extensive experience from his previous leadership roles at Bosch.
