Prakash Pipes Approves Capacity Expansion, Appoints New Senior Management

Prakash Pipes Ltd announced a significant capacity expansion in its Flexible Packaging Division at Kashipur, with a capital expenditure of approximately ₹100 Crores. The Board of Directors also approved the inclusion of three senior officials into the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) category, effective August 14, 2026. The company reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showing a net profit of ₹1,642 lakhs, an increase from ₹1,031 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹24,145 lakhs.
