Prakash Pipes Invests ₹1.3 Cr in BECIS Solar for 26% Stake

Prakash Pipes Ltd has completed the acquisition of a 26% equity share capital in BECIS Solar 3 Private Limited (BECIS) by subscribing to a rights issue. The company invested ₹1,30,23,152/- for 1,30,23,152 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹1 each. This investment is in compliance with the Electricity Rules, 2005, for the development and construction of a solar power project intended to supply power to Prakash Pipes Ltd. The shareholding remains at 26% of BECIS's issued and paid-up equity share capital.
